Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or festive seasons, processing times may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location within India.

• Gujarat (Local): 2 - 4 Business Days
• Metro Cities: 3 - 5 Business Days
• Rest of India: 5 - 7 Business Days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to most pin codes across India. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to hand over the exact cash amount to our courier partner.

Note: A nominal convenience fee may apply to COD orders. We reserve the right to disable COD for accounts with a history of rejected deliveries.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally become active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages

Matraayu takes extreme care in packaging your glass bottles and herbal products. However, if you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

1. Do not accept the package if the outer seal is clearly tampered with or broken.
2. If the product is damaged inside, please take an unboxing video and photos.
3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement or refund immediately.
